We are looking for an IT Project Manager with 3+ years of experience in IT Project Manager, who will be responsible for the successful delivery of customer implementation projects.
You’ll work closely with our Services team, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
As an IT Project Manager at WITSIDE, you will:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage detailed project plans using Hybrid methodologies (Waterfall for high-level milestones & Agile/Scrum for execution), track progress, and proactively mitigate risks..
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and communicate effectively.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams (Data Engineers, Business Analysts), assign tasks, and monitor sprint performance.
- Technical Proficiency: Possess a solid understanding of BI and Data Analytics concepts, as well as experience with Qlik and other relevant tools.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Analyze complex problems, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT project management
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Proficiency in Qlik or other BI tools
