Our annual company retreat in Nafplio was more than a getaway — it was a living reminder of what makes WITSIDE truly unique: the creativity, the collaboration and the people behind it all.
This year’s retreat carried a name that reflects exactly who we are:

Because for us, excellence is not just about technology, data and AI, but also about the pulse of the team that brings it all to life.
Day 1: Innovation, Connection, New Perspectives
We began our journey early in the morning, leaving Athens behind and arriving in Nafplio ready to reconnect and reflect.
After settling in at the beautiful Amalia Hotel Nafplio, the day unfolded with presentations and discussions on how far we’ve come and what lies ahead.
A highlight of the day was our Innovation Workshop, guided by DOOR Greece Training & Coaching, and especially Apostolos Palaskas and Stathis Panagoulakos. Together, we explored bold thinking, collaboration across teams and the mindset that drives innovation forward.
Later, we shared a warm team lunch and celebrated the new year with our traditional Vasilopita cutting, marking the retreat with joy and togetherness.
In the afternoon, we experienced something completely different: a hands-on Bundle Dyeing Workshop with TRAiSTO.
Creativity took center stage as we stepped into a new kind of teamwork, one built through art, colors and shared discovery.
And of course, Nafplio by night offered the perfect setting for laughter and a team walk through the city’s beautiful atmosphere.
Day 2: Local Tradition & Shared Moments
The second day gave us space to slow down.
After breakfast, we enjoyed free time in Nafplio — a chance to recharge and take in the spirit of the city.
We then visited Karonis Distilleries, where Ioannis Karonis welcomed us with exceptional hospitality and a taste of local tradition. It was a meaningful reminder that culture, history and authenticity are deeply connected to the way communities thrive.
