On 3 December 2025, WITSIDE participated in SEV‘s Intelligent Enterprise workshop titled “AI Supply Foresight: A New Era in Supply Chain Forecasting,” hosted at SEV’s offices in Athens.
As part of the event’s mission to bring real-world AI applications closer to business leaders, our team took the stage alongside one of our valued clients, Hellenic Diaries S.A. ( Ελληνικά Γαλακτοκομεία Α.Ε.), to present our case study on AI-powered demand forecasting and supply chain optimization.
What We Showcased
During our presentation, we demonstrated how advanced forecasting models can revolutionize the supply chain planning process, moving from reactive decisions to proactive, data-driven foresight.
With examples and visual insights from our collaboration, we showed how Hellenic Diaries S.A. leverages WITSIDE’s AI-powered solutions to:
